The project comprises the construction of 158 new social housing units and the replacement of 38 existing social dwellings, combined with the creation of a new neighbourhood park and several shared residential courtyards. The park is conceived as a continuous linear green structure into which the housing is seamlessly integrated. It is organised into a series of distinct park rooms, each with its own character and programme, including playgrounds, community gardens, open lawns, and a wetland nature area that also functions as a water retention and ecological compensation zone. A new pedestrian and cycling route runs through the park, connecting to the future active mobility network. The residential development consists of three apartment clusters and a number of ground-oriented family homes with private gardens. Each apartment cluster is centred around an intimate, landscaped communal courtyard constructed above the underground parking facilities.
